The intake conversation you complete during onboarding. A photo. Your journal entries. Your account email, tier, and payment status. Basic device and session metadata so the app works.
We don't track you across other sites. We don't sell your data. We don't use third-party ad networks. We don't train foundation models on your intake or journal without your explicit, per-instance consent.
Your intake, film, and journal are stored in a sovereign data architecture built for RealYou specifically. Your material is not co-resident with other tenants. Roughly a quarter of your program fee funds this infrastructure.
Ninety days after your program ends, we email your film to the address on your account and remove our copy. Your journal remains encrypted and under your control. You can request a full account erase at any time.
You. The systems that generate your film and personalize your ritual. A small support team who may see material only when you explicitly grant access to resolve a problem. Nobody else.
You can export your intake, film, and journal at any time from your account settings. You can request full deletion. If you live in a jurisdiction with data-protection rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), those rights apply here.
